When SnapDragon Virtual Assistants was still a mere concept on paper, we asked ourselves what our unique contributions are. We asked how we can be of service to our clients, contractors, shareholders, and members of society. How can we inspire trust? And lastly, what legacy do we want to leave for those who will one day take over from us?
To be of service means we need to be empathetic to our clients’ needs. So we researched those needs. We endeavoured to understand the challenges our clients face and how they try to resolve those challenges. We try to understand why our clients do what they do and how they do it.
