-Providing complete presentations to our customers, and sitting down with them to explain how we plan to take care of their project. We believe our customers deserve a good understanding of where their hard-earned dollars are going.
-Using materials that meet or exceed the manufacturer's installation requirement, and never using non-ASTM material or factory-seconds.
-Maintaining extremely clean job-sites, leaving the job site cleaner than when we got there.
-Seeing our tradesmen as the most important thing next to our customers, and making sure they are paid well.
-Offer 7 and 10 year workmanship warranties. And we won't let you down after your warranty expires. If you're in our system and you need us, we will only charge a minimum service fee to go out and perform a minimum maintenance in the areas of any caulking or sealants.
