Photography has been my passion for over 35 years. In February of 2011, I opened a photography studio in Raleigh, NC, and began my new career as an entrepreneur.
More Info: People often ask me what it is about photography that excites me. It has always been easy to answer that question. “It is capturing the moment.” When shooting on location, I cannot wait to get back to my computer to download the images.
Did I get the moment(s)? Sometimes the moment isn't what I expected it to be for technical or compositional reasons. Other times, my personal sense of satisfaction soars. I have just captured a moment in time that will never been seen again except through my vision. In studio, I shoot tethered directly to my computer and wait with anticipation for every image to load.
