THE AFCIE
A European association which groups together European real estate exclusive buyers agents. It addresses these professionals but also the consumers lost in the jungle of the real estate.
More Info: THE AFCIE is the reference body for the European real estate exclusive buyers agents which chose the concept of real estate agent exclusively in the service of the buyer. The flat or house hunter never represents salesmen avoiding becoming an inter-mediator in the real estate transactions.
The members of the AFCIE respect scrupulously this ethical principle to avoid conflicts of interests and insure their customers buyers, a total impartiality.
This European association has for object the defense of this international concept which was born in the United States. By imposing this practice the AFCIE also defends the consumers who are entitled to an exclusive representativeness, a seal of quality, in the defense of their interests.
Interlocutor appointed by public authorities the AFCIE will also allow to develop jobs in the sector of the real estate by validating a new job which will join naturally the real estate environment.
