More Info: Impact Diagnostics provides testing for Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS), by measuring sensitivity to hot and cold, vibration and blood flow impairment.
Nearly 2 million people in the UK are at risk from developing HAVS, from prolonged use of vibrating power tools. Also known as Vibration White Finger, symptoms include whitening of the fingers and a loss feeling, or tingling in the fingers.
While there is no cure for HAVS, it can be prevented. At Impact Diagnostics we provide standardised testing and assessment of HAVS, to determine if any injury has occured.
