Midlands PKA Kickboxing
A division of the Professional Kickboxing Association (PKA) We are based in the East Midlands with classes in Ilkeston, Derbyshire, Eastwood, Nottinghamshire, and Burton on Trent, Staffordshire.
More Info: Our kickboxing classes are designed to be an effective way to learn kickboxing as a sport and as an effective self defence system whilst getting fit and losing weight in a friendly professional atmosphere. We hold full insurance, advanced CRB checks and first aid qualifications.
All of our kickboxing classes are open to men, women and children of all ages and abilities. We offer a FREE trial class and different membership packages to suit individuals and families.
Midlands PKA does not have any sort of lengthy ‘tied in' contracts or yearly commitments to our memberships. Many of our students are long standing and continue to train with us because we offer exciting, challenging and rewarding sport kickboxing classes.
