More Info: Cruga Biltong was set-up in 1998 with the aim of making and supplying Biltong to the UK. Meat is marinated to a traditional family recipe using the finest herbs and spices available, then air-dried, hand-trimmed and cut to produce conveniently-sized slices.
Original, Peppered and Chilli flavours available, and in addition we also stock Kudu, Ostrich, Springbok, Beersticks and Chilli Bites. Which means there's something for everyone. We also sell a range of South African foods and beverages including Ouma rusks, Rooibos tea and Mrs Ball's chutney.
